Fire & smoke
Soot ingress, heat exposure, melted components. Conductive residue and acidic corrosion.
Electrical events
Power surge, lightning strike, voltage transients. Board-level and component-level damage assessment.
Impact & handling
Physical damage, enclosure failure, internal displacement. Structural and functional assessment.
Contamination
Sewage, chemical, biological, mould, pest ingress. Porous-material and health-risk evaluation.
Environmental
Humidity, condensation, temperature extremes. Long-term exposure and gradual-degradation assessment.
Equipment Restoration & Recovery
Each item is assessed for damage, contamination, condition and repair feasibility. The findings determine whether cleaning, repair, restoration or replacement is appropriate.
Suitable items are cleaned, repaired or restored on-site when the evaluation, site conditions and approved scope support the work. Completed work and appropriate follow-up checks are recorded in the report.
Where an item is non-salvageable, or on-site work is not suitable, we document why and explain the recommended next step. Not every exposed item can be restored.
