Intake inspection is intended to help separate units suitable for resale as-is, further testing, refurbishment, parts recovery or recycling. The exact grade labels and disposition rules belong to the client program and should be defined before processing begins.

- Functional result against an approved checklist
- Cosmetic condition and visible wear
- Accessory and kit completeness
- Packaging condition
- Identity and serial verification
- Observed damage, tampering or contamination
Data and security boundary
Device-data handling, factory reset, account removal and certified data sanitization are outside the proposed launch scope. Units requiring those services must be referred to a provider with an approved process and evidence standard.
